The system is capable of cutting in both fl......The V806M is a beam coping system with a universal six axis industrial robot especially designed for cutting I-beams, H-beams, channels, angles, rectangular tubes and flat-bars. The system is capable of cutting in both flanges (from left and right side) and the web (from above) of beams and can also carry out web and flange bevels. For the automatic positioning of the profiles feeder rolls are fitted. The V806M is equipped with a coping robot with an oxygen-cutting unit. While each beam deviates from his ideal dimensions the robot first performs an automatic measurement cycle to measure the real beam dimensions. The V806M coping system can be used as a single machine or can also be integrated in a split system for sawing, drilling and coping.
