Recognition of the position, type and pattern of the machining operations on the piece takes place automatically, and the user can manually change the dimensions, tool direction and technological parameters of each machining operation by means of a simple and intuitive user interface. FST Solid automatically recognises most machining operations such as holes, double holes, milling and cuts. Additional CAD instruments are used to add and/or modify the machining operations entered. The ISO or CNC program for the machining centre is automatically generated from the file re-worked with FST Solid.
