The Fom Group direct branch office set up on 1st September 2006 initially located in New York has moved to the key city of Akron, Ohio. The structure of approx. 1.000 m2 has been fitted out with the aim of providing a presence and a service of absolute excellence throughout the North American territory. The extensive and modern facility features a showroom fully fitted out with Fom Industrie machines, a state-of-the-art training-center, an area dedicated to servicing with a large stock of spare parts, a warehouse of assorted machines ready for prompt delivery and a functional office area perfectly integrated with the parent company and the world of Fom by means of the latest technologies. The local workforce, comprising sales and technical staff, has been trained at the Italian headquarters in keeping with the usual company practice, and the team is obviously completed by administrative and secretarial staff to support the structure. Fom USA is therefore developing into a leading force for the United States and Canada in response to the growing need for a direct presence of the Fom brand in the territory.
