These grinding machines of completely new design in comparison with the conventional production grinders, have been designed to satisfy users that need machines capable of mass-working, on small, medium or large series of......These grinding machines of completely new design in comparison with the conventional production grinders, have been designed to satisfy users that need machines capable of mass-working, on small, medium or large series of workpieces Our experience in manufacturing large grinders with moving wheelhead and fixed table, the excellent results achieved in terms of accuracy and reliability, have permetted us to design this new series of production grinding machines. Unquestionable property of this machine is flexibility, that permits to work with productivity workpieces with external cilindrycal surfaces, internal cilindrycal surfaces, concave or convex surfaces, tapered surfaces and shoulders. These grinding machines may be equipped with a device for crown grinding, through which, during grinding operation, its possible to have a micrometric in-feed motion without moving the wheelhead on guideways, in order to assure absolute precision and the greatest accuracy in wheel cross motion. By using such a system, we achieve with the same precision and ease, on straight, convex or concave cylinders, the degree of finishing and absolute precision required by the present technical needs. The swivelling wheelhead for tapers, allows to longitudinally grind workpieces that have up to 10° of taper. The control unit is a Siemens sinumerik 840D with integrated PLC. A special parametric software for grinding machine allow us a simple programming of working parameters. The control unit may be connected with a robot or automatic loader, for those who have requirement of high productivity.
