At the first assembly buck the frame is assembled. On the next assembly station the cover and panels are installed. The final adjustments and the quality check is done at the last assembly buck. In the project phase and the serial production the cubing serves to ensure the required quality specifications of the customer. Every prototype top is checked 100% for its function, optical appearance, slots and seals.After reaching the required quality specifications at production start-up, it is a key target to reduce the module testing at the cubing and transfer it to the assembly bucks.
