We determine the material and tolerance concepts according to the legal requirements and our customer’s requests.We develop 3D-designs with the most current CAD systems (CATIA, Unigraphics), from which digital prototypes are developed.With expert CAE-systems, such as Adams (Multi-Body-System) Abaqus (Finite-Element-Method) 3DCS (Tolerance Research) digital prototypes are tested and optimized in relation to their geometric and functional requirements.The product and process FMEAs are conducted in connection with the development phases.After the digital securing and optimization, the actual prototypes for the testing of the components and the roof system are produced.
