With a total built-up area of 98,243 square meters, this waterfront residential project is situated within a modern, pedestrian-friendly community, aligning with Dubai's vision for sustainable urban development.

According to Abanos's statement, the project will offer a range of two- and three-bedroom apartments, meticulously designed to blend contemporary aesthetics with expansive outdoor spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The scope of the fit-out work includes the fabrication and installation of wooden doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, dressing tables, and other miscellaneous carpentry items.

Palace Residences Creek Blue is jointly developed by Emaar Properties and Dubai Creek Harbour, designed by Mirage/SSH, with civil works handled by Engineering Contracting Company. As a specialized contractor for interior fit-out works in the Middle East and North Africa region, Abanos is undertaking a crucial part of the project's internal finishing.
