The company specializes in providing plastic solutions for the automotive industry, including components for doors, locks, transmission solenoids, and offers services such as wire harness assembly and ultrasonic welding. Husco is a privately held company focused on hydraulic and electromechanical control systems for the automotive and off-highway industries.
Todd Zakreski, President of Husco's Automotive Division, stated: "Plastic components are becoming increasingly prevalent in our customers' systems, driving the transformation of vehicles into advanced and connected devices. Zakreski noted that this acquisition presents a growth opportunity for Husco, and the company looks forward to welcoming the Mayfair Plastics team. Since 2021, Husco has been a customer of Mayfair Plastics, collaborating on plastic molding solutions for transmission solenoids. Integration is expected to be completed by the end of the 2026 fiscal year, with new projects commencing immediately.
