Wedoany.com Report on Mar 16th, Sevitrade, a Spanish logistics and port operator, recently announced the successful development and implementation of a new integrated process for solid granular fertilizer conditioning at its bulk fertilizer logistics storage and packaging center located in the La Isla Industrial Park, Dos Hermanas, Seville province.
This industrial system is designed with a processing capacity of 50 tons per hour. Its core principle involves the controlled application of water-based or oil-based conditioning agents to enhance the agronomic efficiency of fertilizers. This technical treatment helps reduce nutrient loss during storage and transportation, thereby optimizing the performance of the final product.
With the official launch of this process, Sevitrade's service scope has expanded beyond traditional bulk handling and warehousing to include value-added segments involving technical treatment. The company stated that this initiative aims to provide higher added value for fertilizer cargoes imported or exported via the Port of Seville, while simultaneously enhancing the competitiveness of the overall logistics chain in the agro-industrial sector.
The application of the new process will help improve the quality stability of fertilizer products and meet the growing demand from agricultural producers for efficient fertilizers. By integrating technical treatment with its existing logistics infrastructure, Sevitrade is committed to building a more comprehensive supply chain service for agricultural inputs in the Seville region.
