Fuchs Lubricants and Clemson University Partner to Develop Wind Energy Solutions

Wedoany.com Report-Dec 11,Fuchs Lubricants has partnered with Clemson University's Dominion Energy Innovation Center (EIC) to develop solutions for the next generation of wind power technology.
Fuchs will supply lubricants, oils, and greases, along with testing and development expertise. Fuchs' team will also collaborate with Clemson students and educators to train them on lubrication best practices. The EIC, which opened in 2013 with support from a $43 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy, is equipped for full-scale, highly accelerated testing of advanced wind turbine drivetrain technology.
