Vestas Announces Three New Orders Totalling 198 MW

Wedoany.com Report-Dec 30,Vestas has announced three new orders as part of the Q4 order intake. In Germany, the orders include an 86 MW project from Oberhessische Versorgungsbetriebe, Mainova, ImWind Deutschland, and Renertec for the Fischborn project. This project will feature 12 V172 – 7.2 MW turbines and a 25-year service agreement. Delivery is planned for the second quarter of 2026, with commissioning scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

Another order from Germany comes from Windpark Ohrenbach for the WP Ohrenbach project, which totals 48 MW. This project will consist of 8 V162–6.0 MW turbines and will be covered by a 20-year service agreement. Delivery is expected in the second quarter of 2026, with commissioning set for the fourth quarter of 2026.

In Latvia, Vestas has secured a 64 MW order from Ventspils Wind for an undisclosed project. This project will include 10 V162-6.4 MW turbines and a 35-year service agreement. Delivery is planned for the first quarter of 2026, with commissioning scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
