en.Wedoany.com Reported - MiTAC Computing unveiled a complete rack-level AI and HPC liquid-cooled server solution at COMPUTEX 2026, integrating computing, storage, networking, and liquid cooling technologies to help global customers address space, computing, and energy bottlenecks in the era of agentic AI.

As enterprises transition from generative AI to autonomous agentic AI, the demand for computing power, low latency, and high-throughput inference has surged dramatically, while the expansion of traditional clusters simultaneously brings constraints in data center space, cooling, and power capacity. Under the theme "Advancing Diverse AI Infrastructure," MiTAC Computing offers a one-stop turnkey solution integrating computing, storage, networking, and liquid cooling. Its newly launched 52U high-density AI liquid-cooled rack, integrating 12 G4826Z5 AI servers equipped with 96 AMD Instinct™ MI355X GPUs, achieves a 50% increase in GPU density per rack compared to standard AI configurations. Additionally, for national and academic HPC centers, MiTAC Computing introduced the OCP-compliant C2811Z5 high-density liquid-cooled HPC rack.
In thermal management, MiTAC Computing showcased the G8825Z5 Diamond-cooled AI server, which leverages Akash Systems' Diamond Cooling® technology and is equipped with AMD Instinct™ MI350X GPUs, generating 50% more tokens than standard hardware while maintaining no frequency throttling even at intake air temperatures exceeding 95°F. In terms of management architecture, MiTAC Computing's open-source baseboard management firmware stack MiOBMC™, system firmware MiOPF™, and proprietary POD management solution MiCoreView™ provide data center operators with flexible monitoring and deployment capabilities. MiCoreView™ also integrates Kubernetes and the AMD Enterprise AI Suite, supporting enterprise-level automated GPU resource orchestration.
At the exhibition, MiTAC Computing emphasized ecosystem collaboration with industry partners. Its product portfolio includes the liquid-cooled 4U G4826Z5 and air-cooled 8U G8825Z5 servers powered by AMD Instinct™ MI355X and MI350X GPUs, as well as the TN85-B8261 supporting AMD Instinct™ MI350P cards and NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs. Additionally, its next-generation AI-MGX™ servers are powered by sixth-generation AMD EPYC™ server CPUs, while management servers feature NVIDIA Vera CPUs and NVIDIA Grace CPUs. In storage, the platform utilizes Solidigm PCIe Gen 5 D7-PS1010 SSDs and ultra-large capacity 122TB D5-P5336 SSDs, paired with the TS70A-B8056 storage rack, while next-generation servers adopt Micron PCIe Gen 6 SSD 9650 and high-bandwidth DDR5 6400 RDIMM.
For turnkey software solutions, MiTAC Computing collaborates with DDN to combine the TS70A-B8056 storage rack with the DDN Infinia Intelligent AI data platform to eliminate end-to-end AI data bottlenecks; partners with Rafay to integrate its GPU-as-a-Service platform for AI factory applications, enabling automated GPU orchestration; and works with Canonical to provide native integration with Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, supporting AMD ROCm™ and NVIDIA CUDA. For agentic AI deployment, MiTAC Computing collaborated with Futurenest (an NVIDIA Inception program partner) to demonstrate a viable proof of concept (PoC) on the flagship inference server G4520G6 (8 GPUs) for agentic AI control. Group member MiTAC Information Technology also showcased "Driving Private AI, Agent Hub, and Builder" at the event for secure deployment of local digital employees. To address modern grid constraints, MiTAC Computing partnered with Tonomia to launch the "TonoForge™ Modular Data Center," an architecture that reduces traditional data center deployment time to 12 weeks.
MiTAC Computing is a subsidiary of MiTAC Holdings Corporation (TWSE: 3706), with a business history dating back to the 1990s, focusing on energy-efficient server solutions in AI, HPC, cloud computing, and edge computing.
