en.Wedoany.com Reported - On June 5, Huawei Cloud held the INSPIRE Creator Conference at the West Bund International Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai, concurrently hosting the "New Hybrid Cloud: Data+AI Defines a New Paradigm for Government and Enterprise Digital Intelligence Leap" summit forum. The forum invited industry customers and ecosystem partners from government, finance, central and state-owned enterprises to discuss how government and enterprises can leverage hybrid cloud to integrate data and AI technologies, achieving a leap in core productivity.

Gu Xuejun, President of Huawei Hybrid Cloud, released the white paper "How Enterprises Build an Agent-Oriented Hybrid Cloud" at the event, providing a reference for the evolution of hybrid cloud architecture and enterprise practices in the Agentic era.

Huang Zhengbin, Chief Architect of Huawei Hybrid Cloud, interpreted the "Unified Computing and Intelligence" hybrid cloud architecture. He stated that government and enterprise customers have unique AI demands, and they will not simply pursue a technology race but will choose an AI production foundation that is trustworthy for the long term, supports continuous operation, and enables smooth evolution. This architecture is based on a unified computing and intelligence infrastructure, synergizing data, Agent, and Token factories, combined with integrated intelligent O&M and full-chain AI security, to deliver secure and operable AI capabilities to businesses.

Industry benchmark customers from finance, energy, government, and steel sectors shared practical cases based on Huawei Cloud Stack.

Feng Huan, Chief Architect of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Deputy General Manager of the Head Office's Technology Development Department, introduced that the bank has built a highly resilient, unified computing and intelligence cloud infrastructure based on Huawei Cloud Stack, established a multi-modal intelligent data architecture system, and created an AI infrastructure covering the full lifecycle of development, operation, and maintenance, driving financial business from digitalization to intelligent digitalization.

Zhang Zhiwei, Director of the Smart Supervision Center of Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy, shared explorations in large model applications in the gas power generation field. The clean energy segment of Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. released the industry's first gas turbine large model, "QingRui," relying on the Huawei Cloud Stack intelligent computing foundation to achieve integrated training and inference. After deployment, the efficiency of gas turbine components and overall thermal efficiency at the initial power plants improved, with the accuracy of daily warning and status assessment modules exceeding 90%.

Jiang Shan, General Manager of Xiamen Big Data Co., Ltd., introduced the construction of a city-level trusted data space. The company has built a city-level data circulation and utilization infrastructure, forming a full-chain closed-loop operation system of "computing power - data - models - ecosystem - scenarios." Currently, the space contains 75.3 billion pieces of global market data resources, has accumulated over 1,300 standardized data products and supporting services, covering areas such as industrial and commercial credit, financial risk control, transportation, and judicial compliance.

Li Jia, Director of the Data and AI Department of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., shared the practice of "using AI to make steel." Baosteel has built an independent innovation computing foundation and AI development platform based on Huawei Cloud Stack, constructing a steel large model using basic models like CV and prediction combined with high-quality industry datasets. The blast furnace temperature prediction large model has overcome accuracy challenges, generating tens of millions of yuan in annual benefits per furnace.

Huawei Cloud Stack has served over 5,500 government and enterprise customers globally, including more than 800 government clouds, over 300 financial institutions, 65 of China's largest central state-owned enterprises, and over 200 state-owned enterprises.
