Industry leaders from AOP Health, Boehringer Ingelheim, GSK, MSD, Novo Nordisk, Roche, and Sanofi shared success stories on simplifying and standardizing operations while building a scalable foundation for AI.

Veeva demonstrated the now-available Vault AI agents and announced plans to launch Vault AI across all Vault applications by August 2026. The company also previewed the Veeva Falcon platform, designed to reduce costs, increase speed, and maintain compliance in drug development. Falcon agentic work is expected to be available to early users by the end of 2026, initially focusing on receiving and quality-checking trial master file documents, regulatory communications with health authorities, and safety case triage and intake.

In improving collaboration with clinical sites and research centers, Boehringer Ingelheim showcased end-to-end clinical operations to connect with sites and patients. GSK standardized site engagement to accelerate startup and improve performance. Boehringer Ingelheim and Roche streamlined site payments to enhance collaboration. Novo Nordisk, Sobi, and Syneos Health Consulting gained full data ownership and improved clinical efficiency by connecting electronic data capture with clinical databases.

In modernizing quality, safety, and compliance, Haleon and Sanofi prepared for agentic AI in quality, prioritizing efficiency gains. Novo Nordisk streamlined pharmacovigilance to improve efficiency and overall data management. UCB modernized system validation to support good practice implementation and ongoing compliance.

Rik van Mol, Senior Vice President of Veeva Development Cloud, stated that the ideas shared and connections made at the summit will extend beyond the event, driving the industry toward an agentic work future.
