en.Wedoany.com Reported - Russian online meeting efficiency platform Mymeet.ai recently launched a new feature that allows users to connect meetings to external AI agents via the open protocol Model Context Protocol (MCP). This service enables users to directly process meeting recordings and transcripts within their chosen AI tools, eliminating the need for manual content transfer or switching between different services.

Users can freely select connection tools from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or enterprise solutions used internally by their company. Mymeet.ai stated that upon launch, this feature is the first solution among Russian AI meeting assistants and transcription services to support connecting meetings to AI agents via the MCP protocol. MCP is an open standard through which AI applications access external data and services. The connection process requires no developer involvement: users copy a ready-made configuration from Mymeet.ai's agent card and add their own API key, which is available to paid users.

Once connected, the AI agent can access meetings and their transcripts based on user requests, search for required calls and obtain analysis results, while also helping prepare work materials based on meeting context, such as email drafts, protocol summaries, or business proposals. All operations are completed within the interface of the selected AI agent.

Previously, teams often had to manually import meeting transcripts into AI tools to continue processing negotiation content. The MCP-based integration automates this process: data is only transmitted to the AI agent that the user connects themselves, and only upon their request. Access permissions can be revoked at any time. Mymeet.ai's data storage and processing methods remain unchanged, with the MCP protocol serving only as an additional way to process meeting data in external AI tools chosen by the user or company.

Fedor Zhilkin, CEO of Mymeet.ai, stated that the current main bottleneck in handling meetings is no longer recording or transcribing conversations, but rather transferring this context into team decision-making tools. The market is shifting from assistants that record meetings to AI agents that process meeting content. The company provides Russian teams with the ability to directly connect meetings to any compatible AI agent, transforming negotiations into work context for subsequent tasks.

This feature is available to users on the Lite, Pro, and Business paid plans. The API key can be copied within the Mymeet.ai interface and regenerated with one click when needed. According to the company, the Mymeet.ai service has over 300,000 users and is used by 500 companies.
