Regarding self-reliance and controllability, the two parties will rely on the Baosight industrial internet platform to comprehensively promote the implementation of domestically produced equipment and technologies, building a fully controllable technology stack. In the construction of smart factories, the two parties have conducted on-site surveys at multiple domestic and international production bases, identifying a range of smart equipment application scenarios covering key areas such as production, logistics, and inspection. The first batch of projects with immediate implementation conditions will be launched at the Anhui factory, forming a replicable and scalable standardized modular implementation model, which will then be gradually extended to other domestic bases and overseas bases.

In the next step, the two parties will advance various constructions following the principles of "high standards, strict milestones, compliance, and high efficiency," rolling out nine smart scenarios in batches, deepening the integration of AI with industrial scenarios, and striving to build industry-leading smart factories. This collaborative effort represents a deep integration of manufacturing scenarios and information technology, as well as another implementation of China Baowu's "integration and collaboration" strategy at the specific business unit level.
