The production line can process four types of crops: peas, chickpeas, green lentils, and red lentils. In terms of technical equipment level and production process organization, the enterprise is currently considered a unique production facility in the field of legume and grain processing in the northern region.
KAIZEN's products target both domestic and international markets, with export destinations including Turkey, Algeria, Afghanistan, and some European countries. Last year, the enterprise produced and exported 180,000 tons of products.
The Kostanay Region government further stated that in 2025, the total export volume of processed products from Kazakhstan's agro-industrial complex reached 8.5 million tons, of which Kostanay Region accounted for 2.7 million tons, or 27.2%, placing the region in a leading position in the export of processed agricultural products within the republic.
