The partnership focuses on a significant lithium exploration package in the Karratha region, covering over 420 square kilometers. This area includes pegmatites near the Azure Minerals Tier 1 project, a key resource hub.

GreenTech will act as the manager of the JV.

The JV aims to attract a major funding partner, with Artemis covering 25% of tenement costs and additional funding from other shareholders. Exploration efforts will concentrate on high-priority targets, leveraging diamond drilling campaigns currently underway.

Artemis, emphasizing gold growth, is targeting the Carlow Gold Project and exploring new deposits. Meanwhile, GreenTech focuses on expanding copper and zinc resources at its Whundo VMS project. Both companies are awaiting assay results from recent drilling, indicating progress in their exploration efforts.
