China's Anjie Technology Plans to Acquire 51% Stake in Suzhou Zhifeng for 255 Million Yuan

en.Wedoany.com Reported - Anjie Technology (002635.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Weishan Dongshan, plans to acquire a 51% equity stake in Suzhou Zhifeng MIM Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. in cash, with a base consideration of 204 million yuan and a contingent consideration cap not exceeding 51 million yuan, bringing the total transaction amount to no more than 255 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Suzhou Zhifeng will become a controlled subsidiary of Anjie Technology and will be consolidated into its financial statements.

Suzhou Zhifeng specializes in metal powder injection molding (MIM) as its core process, with products primarily supporting optical communication interconnects, new energy vehicles, and high-end medical fields, among which optical module chip substrates are its main products. In 2025, Suzhou Zhifeng's optical module-related business revenue accounted for 96.08% of its total operating revenue; from January to April 2026, this ratio remained as high as 96.04%. The company is also continuously expanding its precision optical component product line to serve downstream application areas.

Optical module chip substrates are used to carry core optoelectronic devices such as laser chips and detector chips, while providing heat dissipation pathways, structural support, and electrical interconnection interfaces for the devices.
