en.Wedoany.com Reported - On June 29, 2026, the world's first commercial multimodal cultural tourism large model—"Boguan Cultural Tourism Large Model"—achieved large-scale application in Xi'an. As of March this year, the AI companion agent developed based on this model has covered over 4 million users, and its intangible cultural heritage digital IP derivative products have sold more than 2 million units.

The "Boguan Cultural Tourism Large Model" was jointly developed by Shaanxi Cultural Tourism Investment Group and Huawei in September 2025, making it the world's first commercial multimodal cultural tourism large model. Leveraging a high-quality dataset and the Ascend computing power base, it is also China's first industry-specific large model focused on cultural preservation and inheritance. The total dataset volume exceeds 1.2PB, including 31 million cultural tourism images, 4.4 million minutes of cultural and museum videos, 2.18 million minutes of audio resources, 510 3D models, and 960 million structured text entries. "Boguan" supports high-precision multimodal output of historically rigorous content, enabling the accurate generation of museum-grade artifact content, high-quality artifact revitalization, digital preservation of craftsmanship, and development of intangible cultural heritage digital IPs.

At the popular scenic spot "Tang Paradise," China Telecom Shaanxi Branch and Huawei deployed a 5G-A network based on three-carrier aggregation, achieving peak uplink and downlink rates of 600Mbps and 3.5Gbps respectively—nearly 10 times that of standard 5G. During this year's May Day holiday, the 5G-A network in the Tang Paradise area supported simultaneous access for approximately 23,000 users.
