(referred to as "Xingang Integrated") was officially established in November 2025, with an initial registered capital of $5.5 billion, and plans for further capital increases and share expansions. The first phase of the Xingang Integrated project has a total construction area of approximately 620,000 square meters. Upon completion, it will focus on the research, development, and manufacturing of 55nm-28nm planar process integrated circuits, providing professional integrated circuit foundry services to global customers. The first phase is scheduled to commence construction in the third quarter of 2026 and be delivered by the end of 2027.
