The agreement was signed by Catherine Assanvo, Director of the Orange Côte d’Ivoire Foundation, and Abou-Bakar Ouattara, Governor of Rotary District 9101. Under the agreement, the Orange Côte d’Ivoire Foundation will provide the hardware and digital resources for the multimedia library, designed to enhance students' access to educational resources, strengthen digital skills, and support their learning.
