en.Wedoany.com Reported - Dutch intelligent contact solution provider Enreach has reached an asset exchange agreement with Telavox, acquiring the latter's Spanish subsidiary Numintec while selling its own Finland business to Telavox. The deal aims to strengthen Enreach's capabilities in contact center solutions and focus its presence in the Spanish market.

Enreach CEO Stijn Nijhuis stated that this transaction is a key step in the company's strategic focus. By concentrating resources and expertise on selected areas and regions, Enreach can more closely align with key customer segments in its core European markets, including small and medium-sized enterprises, mid-market companies, contact centers, and service providers. The acquisition of Numintec will strengthen Enreach's position in Spain, which the group sees as a clear opportunity to build a solid foundation for its European expansion in the contact center field. The Numintec team has extensive experience and a strong track record in the CCaaS sector.
As part of the exchange, Enreach is transferring its Finland business to Telavox. Enreach Finland has established a solid position in the Finnish market, primarily providing integrated cloud communication services to large enterprise clients. Telavox CEO Viktor Karlsson noted that Enreach Finland's strong position among large enterprise customers aligns well with Telavox's Nordic strategy, while Numintec is better suited to Enreach's strategy in Spain.
Alfred Nesweda, CEO of Enreach's contact center business, welcomed the new colleagues from Numintec, stating that this acquisition creates new opportunities for Numintec and its customers. Both parties look forward to further developing their business in the contact center field together and expanding the capabilities they offer to customers in Spain and across Europe. Enreach will continue to maintain and expand its presence in the Nordic region through its other operations there.
