en.Wedoany.com Reported - To enhance its integrated work environment, SM Group has further introduced the Cube On (KCUBE ON) solution, developed by business portal specialist KnowledgeCube (날리지큐브) for Google Workspace.

SM Group will unify the organization and account management systems previously dispersed across its subsidiaries, and combine Korean organizational structures and business processes within a Google-based collaborative environment to build an AI-driven work platform. Among its 54 subsidiaries, SM Group has deployed Cube On's account management service "UAP (User Account Provisioning)" and the organization chart-based collaboration support application "ORG (Organization)" to 38 subsidiaries that have already adopted Google Workspace.

Through this deployment, SM Group has automated the creation and permission management of Google accounts linked to HR information, improving security operational efficiency. At the same time, the system enables organization chart collaboration that reflects complex organizational structures, unifying communication systems across subsidiaries and strengthening collaboration efficiency.

The concurrently introduced integrated business portal and schedule management application "G-Task (G-태스크)" has enhanced employees' actual work efficiency. This application organically links and supports Google Docs (구글 문서) and Google Chat (구글 챗) with work schedules and collaboration processes. Employees can complete document sharing, schedule management, and real-time collaboration in the familiar Google environment without switching systems, while reducing the burden of repetitive tasks such as simple data collection.

Yoo Seong-han (류성한), Director and Head of KnowledgeCube's Cloud Business, stated that the SM Group case is significant as it simultaneously advances group-level work systems and AI-driven productivity innovation. He also mentioned that the company will deepen integration with Gemini Enterprise (제미나이 엔터프라이즈) to provide employees with an environment that reduces repetitive work and allows them to focus on higher value-added tasks.

On the other hand, KnowledgeCube plans to use the SM Group project as a catalyst to expand the technical integration roadmap between Google Cloud's generative AI platform "Gemini Enterprise" and Cube On. The company will gradually apply generative AI-based features, including document summarization, internal data search, work schedule recommendations, and repetitive task automation, to support enterprises in building customized AI work environments.
