During the talks, both sides reviewed progress in the long-standing partnership between Kenya and the ITU and identified priority areas to support the country's digital future, including strengthening AI governance frameworks, promoting responsible data use, expanding affordable connectivity, and building digital capacity to enable more citizens to participate in the digital economy.

The two sides also discussed plans to expand digital centers in every constituency in Kenya, aiming to bring digital skills, services, and opportunities closer to communities.
