Flytxt's cloud-native Neon-dX platform has completed its initial deployment, providing smarter, always-on customer value management capabilities for Digicel T&T's prepaid and postpaid services. The platform integrates built-in AI and automation to enable deeper customer segmentation, precise targeting, hyper-personalization, and real-time decision-making across key use cases such as lifecycle marketing, upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
This solution enables Digicel T&T to transition from fragmented, manual marketing campaign operations to a highly centralized, scalable, and insight-driven engagement model, featuring unified customer intelligence, AI-powered decision-making, and omnichannel campaign automation.
