Weng'an, known as the "Phosphate Warehouse of Asia," is one of the three core phosphate mining bases in Guizhou, with outstanding phosphate rock resource endowments and a reserve scale ranking among the top in China. The groundbreaking of the Malucao Phosphate Mine marks a key step in revitalizing and utilizing local high-quality strategic phosphate rock resources, and is also an important move for Chuxiang Construction Engineering to continuously expand into non-coal mines and improve strategic mineral construction.

The Malucao Phosphate Mine is the core benchmark mine of Guizhou Jinxing Mining. The project has proven phosphate rock reserves of 83.01 million tons, with an average ore grade of 26.87%, indicating excellent overall resource quality. The mine is planned and designed with an annual production capacity of 2 million tons. The main and auxiliary shafts, which commenced construction this time, are the critical throat projects of the mine. The main shaft has a depth of 1,070 meters and a net diameter of 6 meters; the auxiliary shaft has a depth of 1,060 meters and a net diameter of 7.2 meters. The project features deep shafts, high construction standards, and complex processes, placing extremely high demands on the technology, management, and safety assurance capabilities of the construction enterprise.

Phosphorus is a strategic mineral, crucial for food security and the development of new material industries. The large-scale construction of the Malucao Phosphate Mine will help revitalize high-quality phosphate rock resources in Weng'an, standardize mining practices, and promote intensive, green, and large-scale development of phosphorus resources. Leveraging its production capacity advantages, the project will further strengthen the local phosphorus chemical industry foundation, drive the development of industries such as employment, logistics, and supporting processing, and provide support for the local real economy.
