Li Qiang stated that Namibia is an important partner of China in Africa, and the friendship between the two countries has a long history and remains strong over time. In recent years, with the joint efforts of both sides, China-Namibia relations have continued to deepen, and practical cooperation has yielded a series of new results, bringing tangible benefits to the peoples of both countries. Tomorrow, President Xi Jinping will hold talks with Madam President to make new strategic plans for further deepening bilateral relations and cooperation. China is willing to work with Namibia to carry forward traditional friendship, firmly support each other's core interests and major concerns, and continuously deepen and solidify mutually beneficial cooperation to better advance the modernization of both countries.

Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies with Namibia, expand the scale of bilateral trade, and broaden cooperation in areas such as infrastructure construction, mining, oil and gas, and new energy, to better achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. China is willing to import more high-quality agricultural and fishery products from Namibia, support capable Chinese enterprises to invest in Namibia, and welcome Namibia to fully utilize policy facilities such as China's zero-tariff treatment and the upgraded "green channel" for products exported to China. The two sides can also jointly create highlights in the tourism economy, deepen exchanges and cooperation in health, education, science and technology, and youth, and continuously enhance the sense of gain for the people. China is also willing to strengthen coordination and cooperation with Namibia within mechanisms such as the United Nations, to work with all parties to practice true multilateralism, actively implement the four major global initiatives, and make unremitting efforts to promote an equal and orderly multipolar world and a universally beneficial and inclusive economic globalization.

Ndemetwa stated that the peoples of Namibia and China share a profound traditional friendship, and Namibia will always remember the valuable assistance China provided for Namibia's national independence and national development. The Namibia-China relationship is built on the foundation of mutual support, solidarity, and cooperation, and currently enjoys a strong momentum of development. Namibia firmly adheres to the One-China principle and looks forward to working with China to leverage the dividends of the zero-tariff policy, further deepen cooperation in trade, agriculture, mining, infrastructure, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and renewable energy, and strengthen people-to-people exchanges in tourism, education, and youth, to achieve more results in the Namibia-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and better benefit the peoples of both countries. More Chinese enterprises are welcome to invest and do business in Namibia. Namibia highly values China's important role and influence in international affairs and is willing to strengthen multilateral communication and coordination with China to promote regional peace and stable development.
