Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies with Namibia, expand the scale of bilateral trade, and broaden cooperation in areas such as infrastructure construction, mining, oil and gas, and new energy, to better achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. China is willing to import more high-quality agricultural and fishery products from Namibia, support capable Chinese enterprises to invest in Namibia, and welcome Namibia to fully utilize policy facilities such as China's zero-tariff treatment and the upgraded "green channel" for products exported to China.
