en.Wedoany.com Reported - Warhammer manufacturer Games Workshop has signed a lease for a 250,000 sq ft unit in a large logistics development in the East Midlands.

The company has pre-leased Unit 3 at VGP Park East Midlands. The park has a total area of 835,000 sq ft and is located between Castle Donington and Long Eaton in Leicestershire.

VGP Park East Midlands is adjacent to Junction 24a of the M1 motorway and the A50 road, providing direct access to key UK logistics corridors, with Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, and Sheffield all within a convenient drive.

A spokesperson for Games Workshop said the company is pleased to have leased 250,000 sq ft of space in Unit 3 at this new development.

The park will offer four units, ranging from 95,000 sq ft to 342,000 sq ft, suitable for logistics services, light production, and commercial activities.

The first phase of the park includes Units 3 and 4, which are expected to be completed in December this year. Both buildings feature integrated office space and are constructed to the sustainable BREEAM Outstanding standard.

Earlier this year, VGP announced its second UK park, VGP Park Sheffield, with a total gross floor area of 265,000 sq ft.
