Diesel exported from the territory of the Russian Federation under current international intergovernmental agreements is not subject to this ban.

Although the domestic situation has stabilized, authorities in the Oryol region have decided to maintain the current fuel sales restrictions at gas stations. The region continues to enforce the rule of refueling on odd and even days based on license plate numbers, while limiting each vehicle to 30 liters. Starting Thursday, gas stations in the Astrakhan region will sell gasoline on odd and even days based on the last digit of the license plate, with even-numbered plates (ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8) and odd-numbered plates (ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) allowed to refuel on corresponding days.
