At the signing ceremony on July 8, Guo Ruiguang, Vice President of Sany Group and Chairman of the Microgrid Business Unit, Xu Zhongtian, Senior Deputy General Manager of Sany Group and General Manager of the Microgrid Overseas Investment and Development Company, and Daniel Marius Vlasceanu, Managing Director of Leonidas Energy, attended with core management teams from both sides.

The two parties coordinated on the project implementation plan and key milestone arrangements, agreeing to jointly advance preliminary preparations to ensure smooth project commencement and grid connection, while exploring regional renewable energy opportunities for mutual benefit.
