en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 10, Song Hailiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Communications Construction Group (CCCC), held talks with Zheng Haitao, Deputy Secretary of the Yangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Yangzhou, in Yangzhou. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on deepening enterprise-local government collaboration, integrating resource advantages, and jointly promoting high-quality development.

Song Hailiang expressed gratitude to the Yangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government for their long-standing support, and introduced CCCC's development, business layout, and core advantages. He stated that CCCC has thoroughly implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of central enterprises, resolutely shouldered the mission of serving major national strategies, focused on the "666" strategic framework and the "1545" overall development strategy, and fully leveraged its integrated, comprehensive, and converged system advantages in the "Five Full, Four Major, and Five Types" fields to deeply integrate into Yangzhou's economic and social development. Yangzhou, located at the intersection of the Yangtze River and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, is the World Canal City, World Food Capital, and East Asian Cultural Capital, with a solid industrial foundation and an excellent development environment. The two sides share a deep cooperative foundation and broad prospects. Looking ahead to the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, CCCC is willing to adhere to the "Five Haves" principle—"Yangzhou has needs, CCCC has advantages, both sides have consensus, mutual efforts are made, and cooperation yields win-win results"—and jointly explore a five-dimensional integrated development model of "People + Transportation Infrastructure + Industrial Park + Logistics Park + Future City" with Yangzhou. It aims to deepen practical cooperation in areas such as comprehensive transportation, urban renewal, ecological governance, green and low-carbon development, digital economy, and internationalization, contributing CCCC's wisdom and strength to achieving new and greater breakthroughs in Yangzhou's practice of Chinese-style modernization.

Zheng Haitao introduced Yangzhou's development status and plans, and expressed gratitude for CCCC's long-term contributions. He stated that Yangzhou has thoroughly studied and implemented the important speech and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on Jiangsu's work and his inspection of Yangzhou, deeply advancing the construction of the "Three Famous Cities," and accelerating the building of an innovative, livable, beautiful, resilient, civilized, and smart modern people's city. As a globally leading mega-scale comprehensive service provider in infrastructure and urban construction, CCCC possesses a complete core technology system, extensive experience in major project construction, and prominent advantages across the entire industrial chain. The two sides have a solid cooperative foundation and enormous potential. It is hoped that CCCC will continue to increase its resource investment in Yangzhou, and that both sides will further strengthen cooperation in areas such as infrastructure construction and intelligent upgrading, urban quality improvement, port construction, ecological environment governance, clean energy development, and joint construction of the "Belt and Road," creating more tangible cooperative achievements and jointly writing a new chapter in the modernization of a "Strong, Prosperous, Beautiful, and High" new Yangzhou.

Yang Zhi Chao, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), Li Lin, Vice Mayor of Yangzhou, and heads of relevant departments and units from both sides attended the talks.
