en.Wedoany.com Reported - Jinko Energy Storage has completed the grid connection and commissioning of another large-scale commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage project in Australia. This project is the largest single-site installation among the customer's multiple sites, demonstrating Jinko Energy Storage's project execution capabilities in the Australian market. As a subsidiary of JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd., Jinko Energy Storage deployed the SunGiga Dolphin C&I energy storage system for this delivery. Designed specifically for C&I scenarios, the system offers high energy efficiency and a long cycle life. It is equipped with intelligent liquid cooling technology, which controls the temperature difference between battery cells within 2°C, ensuring optimal battery operation. The highly integrated design enhances energy density and reduces the footprint, making it suitable for space-constrained sites.

This energy storage project is deployed at an aged care facility in Australia, aiming to address the customer's needs for stable power supply, energy cost control, and revenue enhancement. Through the on-site energy management system, Jinko Energy Storage supports the customer in achieving round-the-clock refined energy management, including peak shaving and valley filling, load management, and energy arbitrage. Combined with market-based trading mechanisms such as FCAS (Frequency Control Ancillary Services), it helps the customer reduce electricity costs and increase revenue streams. Currently, the customer has deployed multiple energy storage sites in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The coordinated operation of these multiple sites is based on the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) concept, building a more comprehensive energy management, electricity trading, and grid service system for the customer, continuously unlocking operational efficiency and revenue potential.

During the project commissioning phase, Jinko Energy Storage's local technical and service team in Australia provided end-to-end support, covering on-site deployment, system commissioning, and operation and maintenance assurance. From project communication to solution implementation, the local team maintained efficient responsiveness and completed the delivery despite challenges posed by complex weather and site conditions. This reflects Jinko Energy Storage's localized service capabilities, long-term commitment to customers, and accumulated experience in executing overseas projects. Wang Xi, General Manager of Jinko Energy Storage Asia Pacific, stated that the company always places customer needs at the core, aiming to provide customers with safer, more efficient, and more reliable energy assurance through advanced energy storage solutions and localized service capabilities. The company will continue to deepen its presence in the Australian market and create long-term value with partners.
