On the afternoon of July 13, the airline jointly held a meeting with the Hai Phong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Hai Phong City to announce this news.

Representative of the Commercial Department of Sun PhuQuoc Airways, Luu Vinh Nam, introduced at the meeting that the Ho Chi Minh City - Hai Phong route departs from Ho Chi Minh City at 7:05 a.m. and lands in Hai Phong at 9:10 a.m.; the return flight departs from Hai Phong at 3:50 p.m. and arrives in Ho Chi Minh City at 6:00 p.m. The Hai Phong - Phu Quoc route flight departs at 10:00 a.m. and lands in Phu Quoc at 12:05 p.m.; the return flight departs from Phu Quoc at 12:55 p.m. and arrives in Hai Phong at 3:00 p.m. This is the first route launched by Sun PhuQuoc Airways in Hai Phong, making Cat Bi International Airport the seventh airport in the airline's domestic route network.
As of now, the number of bookings for these two routes has exceeded 5,000 passengers, and the flight load factor continues to improve, reflecting the growing demand for connectivity between Hai Phong and key domestic economic and tourism centers. During the initial period of the new routes, Sun PhuQuoc Airways is also offering a range of fare and service promotions to stimulate tourism demand.
Deputy Director of the Hai Phong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Do Thanh Binh, stated that strengthening the connection between tourism and aviation is of great significance in the context of sustainable development and enhanced competitiveness in the tourism industry.
