en.Wedoany.com Reported - Collective Mining Ltd. (NYSE: CNL; TSX: CNL) announced on July 13, 2026, that the Colombian National Mining Agency (ANM) granted additional mining rights to the company on July 10. This follows the successful public hearing held by the company on May 21, 2026, in the municipality of Supía, Caldas Department.
The newly granted mining rights are an addition to the rights already obtained by the company on April 10, 2026. The ANM's grant on April 10 came after a public hearing held on February 17, 2026, in the municipality of Marmato. Executive Chairman Ari Sussman stated that the public hearings in Supía and Marmato saw high participation, reflecting strong local community support. With the completion of the mining rights process in both municipalities, the company's mineral interests have been consolidated, improving the continuity of the Guayabales project. The expanded contiguous mining rights cover multiple concessions, supporting the exploration and future development potential of Guayabales. Importantly, the expanded area also provides new and exciting drill-ready targets, and the company looks forward to commencing drilling on at least one of these targets this year. The new mining rights enhance the company's long-term exploration flexibility within the existing Guayabales project area and adjacent zones along regional structural trends, which are considered key controls on the project's mineralization. The new rights also offer more options for future infrastructure planning, access routes, and district-scale target generation.
Collective has completed a total of 184,000 meters of diamond drilling at the Guayabales and San Antonio projects, including 120,000 meters drilled at the flagship Apollo system. As of March 31, 2026, the company held $113.3 million in cash, providing sufficient funding for the planned 2026 work program of up to 100,000 meters of drilling. The company currently operates 13 diamond drill rigs at the Guayabales project.
Collective Mining Ltd. is a gold, silver, copper, and tungsten exploration company with projects in the Caldas Department of Colombia. The company's flagship Guayabales project, centered on the Apollo system, hosts a large-scale, high-tonnage, high-grade gold-silver-copper-tungsten Apollo system. The company aims to expand the newly discovered high-grade Ramp zone at the Guayabales project, drill the newly exposed Northern Apollo Oxidized area, drill the newly acquired license covering the northwest extension of the Trap target, and drill a series of greenfield generative targets across the entire mining rights area.
