This road-rail vehicle is specially designed for overhead line work, featuring a hydrostatic drive system and a rotatable railway bogie, enabling rapid switching between road and rail modes. The authorization confirms that the vehicle meets the applicable requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/797 on the interoperability of the rail system, Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/545, EN 15746-1 (work and travel), EN 15746-2 (safety), EN 15736-3 (operating modes), and relevant German national regulations.
