As the installed capacity of new energy continues to increase, large-scale energy storage has become an important support for enhancing grid regulation capabilities and promoting efficient consumption of new energy.

The product solution is HaiXi's liquid-cooled DC-side energy storage system. As a key energy storage project in the Shandong region, the project is equipped with HaiXi's standardized 5MWh liquid-cooled energy storage container, adopting a highly integrated system architecture to effectively improve space utilization efficiency and reduce project construction investment. The system is equipped with full-area liquid-cooled temperature control and hierarchical fire protection solutions, achieving precise temperature control and multiple safety protections, ensuring stable operation of the equipment around the clock.

Leveraging over two decades of industrial communication technology accumulation, HaiXi has built a four-layer intelligent management and control system covering battery cells, battery clusters, energy storage units, and stations. The self-developed BMS system achieves real-time battery monitoring, intelligent balancing, and fault warning, while the supporting EMS platform can precisely adapt to scenarios such as grid peak shaving and new energy fluctuation smoothing, enabling efficient scheduling of energy storage resources. In terms of operational performance, the project's average annual charge and discharge capacity can reach 150 million kWh, balancing economic returns with stable grid supply. HaiXi's EMS intelligent scheduling accurately captures peak-valley price differences to stably obtain electricity energy revenue; simultaneously participates in grid secondary frequency regulation to obtain auxiliary service subsidies, combined with provincial independent storage capacity compensation dividends. The station also plays a role in peak shaving and valley filling, smoothing regional load fluctuations, and alleviating grid peak shaving pressure, creating stable cash flow for investors while achieving a synergistic enhancement of both economic benefits and green value.
