This marks the second expansion of CSW's ultra-low temperature capabilities, initially built in 2016, with the first expansion completed in 2020. CSW collaborated with Consolidated Construction Company (CCC) and Summit Refrigeration to design and construct this new space.

Constructing a -70°F environment involves considerable engineering specialization. The system requires specially designed refrigeration equipment to maintain temperatures significantly lower than traditional freezer storage. This expansion extends a highly specialized storage capability serving temperature-sensitive ingredients that play a critical role in the food manufacturing supply chain. The project aims to support the continued growth of CSW's ultra-low temperature operations.
