This product will be deployed in JD Logistics' Zhiwolf Warehouse, marking the first time a humanoid robot has been implemented in a real warehouse operation production scenario.

Currently, smart warehouses have introduced robots and intelligent equipment in multiple processes. However, in the goods inbound scenario, manual labor is still required to unload, sort, stack, and deliver items into the warehouse one by one. Actions such as bending, lifting, and stacking are repeated thousands of times daily, resulting in heavy workloads and reduced warehouse efficiency.

The Elf G2 Max features highly anthropomorphic arm and motion designs, equipped with a heavy-duty force control system that balances high load capacity with precise operation. This robot can handle the grasping and transportation of standard bins, and perform 24-hour uninterrupted tasks such as handling and palletizing, eliminating the need for manual shift rotation or night shifts.

A relevant person in charge of JD Logistics' Zhiwolf business stated that the Zhiwolf system has enabled robots to actively pick and transport goods out of the warehouse, reducing daily steps for warehouse employees by 20,000 to 30,000 steps. After collaborating with the Elf G2 Max, the goal is to further reduce employee workload and improve efficiency in the inbound process.
