en.Wedoany.com Reported - Blue Lagoon Resources (TSX-V: BLLG) has achieved gold and silver sales revenue exceeding $10 million (US$10.21 million) from its Dome Mountain Gold Mine in British Columbia, Canada.

This milestone was reached within seven months of operations, with underground production stabilizing at a consistent 125 tons per day.

Blue Lagoon recorded its first sale in December 2025 and announced commercial production on May 19, 2026. Since declaring commercial production, production levels have increased by approximately 40%, with the underground mining rate averaging over 90 tons per day for more than 30 consecutive days.

Operations are progressing toward its permitted production ceiling of 150 tons per day.

Blue Lagoon has reinvested the majority of its cash flow back into the mine to advance development faces, open up more working areas, and upgrade water treatment, environmental systems, and on-site infrastructure.

President and CEO Rana Vig stated that surpassing $10 million in revenue is a significant milestone for Blue Lagoon, "but the most important thing... is how we achieved it."

Vig said, "We are not simply chasing daily production numbers; instead, we are reinvesting the majority of our cash flow back into the mine."

Vig noted that this reinvestment enables the company to sustain production for years to come.

"With current production at 125 tons per day and a near-term target of 150 tons per day, Dome Mountain is realizing its potential.

"This lays the foundation for the next phase of growth, and we are preparing to restart drilling later this year."

The company continues preparations for the upcoming drilling program, having received contractor quotes and planning to expand the Dome Mountain site to accommodate the drilling crew.

Blue Lagoon has also entered into an option purchase agreement with a private British Columbia company regarding its Big Onion project.

The option can be exercised with US$500,000 in cash over two years and 2 million shares over three years, contingent upon the holder completing a public listing transaction.

Under the terms, the holder must incur at least US$2 million in exploration expenditures within four years.

Blue Lagoon will retain a 1.125% net smelter return royalty on the Big Onion project, which can be reduced at a price of US$250,000 per 0.25%.

Blue Lagoon Resources is a Canadian mineral exploration and production company focused on its wholly-owned Dome Mountain Gold Mine near Smithers, British Columbia.
