Upon completion, it will become the tallest building in the country. Currently, the main steel structure construction is progressing steadily, with overall completion planned for 2028.

The project is located on the core axis of the city, adjacent to Sükhbaatar Square and the National Gallery. The building is developed by local developer Eco Construction LLC, with design by Aedas.

The design team drew inspiration from Ulaanbaatar's natural landscape, surrounded by mountains, adopting a dynamically balanced pinwheel-shaped floor plan as the tower's core layout. Wind tunnel tests confirmed that this geometric design effectively reduces wind-induced vibrations under extreme windy conditions, ensuring high-altitude comfort, while the open angles maximize panoramic views over the plateau.

The tower's most distinctive curtain wall curves are inspired by the dynamic characteristics of traditional Mongolian dance. The grooves between the pinwheel blades not only create a musical rhythm on the facade but also naturally form vertical ventilation paths, aiding the entire tower in achieving natural air exchange and energy efficiency.

Eco Tower One integrates top-tier luxury apartments, serviced apartments, a five-star hotel, high-end offices, and boutique commercial spaces. Conrad Hotels will occupy floors 25 to 39, with a sky lobby on the 37th floor offering views of the city and distant mountains.

Eco Tower One is regarded as a landmark symbolizing Mongolia's integration into globalization, embodying the capital's future-oriented development vision.
