en.Wedoany.com Reported - South Korean cybersecurity company GITSN launched the hardware-level security solution Alpha-H on July 22, designed to continuously detect wireless backdoor attacks. The solution monitors the entire radio frequency environment within the protected area in real time, 365 days a year, aiming to eliminate data leakage vulnerabilities in the physical RF domain and block wireless backdoor attacks at the source.

Currently, artificial intelligence-driven autonomous vulnerability discovery has entered a new phase. Anthropic released its next-generation AI model, Claude Mythos Preview, which demonstrates agentic coding and reasoning capabilities, enabling it to autonomously identify software security vulnerabilities and generate usable exploit code, raising concerns about new types of endpoint security threats. In response, South Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) has joined the global AI security initiative Project Glasswing. Domestic cybersecurity companies, including AhnLab, are also strengthening defense strategies centered on exposure management to improve the speed of threat detection, analysis, and response.

According to GITSN, wireless backdoor attacks—where malicious hardware is covertly embedded during device manufacturing or supply chain processes to bypass traditional network defenses—are expected to become an increasing threat.
