en.Wedoany.com Reported - The certification certificate for copper-plated welding wire produced by Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant (АО «БМК», part of the «Мечел» group) has been extended. The certificate was issued by the National Welding Control Agency (НАКС, National Agency for Welding Control) and is valid for three years, confirming that the welding wire products can be used in critical engineering applications.

The welding wire that passed certification this time has diameter specifications of 1.20 mm and 1.60 mm, and is used for welding and surfacing of metal structures in the construction, mechanical engineering, energy, and oil and gas industries.
Test results from the Professional Welding Materials Certification Center show that the welding wire exhibits stable performance during the welding process: uniform arc burning, minimal metal spatter, and neat and strong weld seams. Welded joints made with it can withstand significant impact loads and maintain their strength characteristics under conditions such as temperature fluctuations, high-humidity environments, or contact with chemically active media.
The НАКС certificate is an important independent inspection result, covering the production process, materials, and final performance of welded joints. For purchasing companies, this certificate is an important reference indicator; for end consumers, it means that the selected materials meet nominal parameters and can guarantee high-quality completion of welding operations.
Alexey Tolstikov (Алексей Толстиков), General Director of Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant, stated that the plant will continue to supply consumers with proven products to tackle the most complex production tasks.
