en.Wedoany.com Reported - Strata Manufacturing PJSC (Strata), headquartered in Al Ain, UAE, and Embraer, headquartered in São José dos Campos, Brazil, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to evaluate Strata's potential to supply advanced composite airframe structures for Embraer's commercial aircraft programs. Strata is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Co.

The MOU establishes a framework for evaluation, under which the parties will collaborate to assess work packages for the E2 series of commercial jets according to a structured timeline of technical, commercial, and contractual milestones. Additionally, the MOU outlines the parties' mutual intent to explore collaboration opportunities on other Embraer aircraft platforms.
