Located in Libreville, the capital of Gabon, this project is the first toll highway project in the country. The main construction scope includes: 93 km of road rehabilitation and upgrading works, rehabilitation of 2 existing small bridges, construction of 1 new medium-sized bridge, and 3 toll stations. As a national-level backbone transport infrastructure project in Gabon, it also serves as a vital transportation artery connecting the capital Libreville with inland regions, holding significant strategic importance. Upon completion, the project will effectively enhance Gabon's national transportation capacity and promote resource development along the route and regional economic growth.
