These three projects extended electricity service coverage to 201 localities, directly benefiting 20,696 residents. While strengthening conditions for the development of productive activities, the projects improved access to local education and healthcare services, driving the economic and social development of beneficiary communities.
In the Puno region, the DGER completed the expansion of the distribution network in the southern area of the Yunguyo province, connecting 197 localities to electricity services and benefiting 12,432 residents, thereby improving household living conditions and promoting productive activities.
In the Carabaya province, the DGER completed the expansion of household electricity supply services in the San Gabán area, with an investment exceeding 4 million soles, benefiting 6,832 residents. This project enhanced the coverage and reliability of electricity services in this important area of Puno.
In the Moquegua region, the DGER completed the physical construction of the primary and secondary grid installation project in the Pampas de la Clemesí settlement in the Mariscal Nieto province, benefiting 1,432 residents and three localities, expanding local access to safe and quality electricity services.
