The ordering parties plan to deploy the company's hybrid fiber-copper networking solution to extend broadband services to school districts and healthcare facilities in remote areas. Currently, these orders have entered the deployment preparation stage.

The solution will leverage existing local communication lines and utilize hybrid fiber-copper networking to provide broadband connectivity for remote school buildings and healthcare facilities. Operators can expand network coverage while retaining existing lines, without the need for a comprehensive overhaul of communication infrastructure beforehand.

Prior to this, Actelis disclosed on April 23 that it had received an order from the Alaska Department of Transportation for an intelligent transportation systems project, providing a similar networking solution for the upgrade of traffic signals and roadside cabinet infrastructure. This latest round of orders shifts the application focus to remote schools and healthcare facilities, with the purchasers being multiple regional broadband operators.
