en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 10, Alibaba's Qwen Open Platform was launched in China, with SF Express among the first batch of logistics service providers to integrate. SF Express has connected the parcel shipping and logistics tracking capabilities of its proprietary intelligent agent "AI Xiaofeng" to Qwen, allowing users to fill in shipping requirements, place orders, and track logistics information through natural language conversations within the "SF Express" intelligent agent.
The Qwen Open Platform opens third-party intelligent agent integration to enterprises and developers, covering three types of terminals: mobile phones, computers, and AI glasses. Integrators can create independent conversation spaces within the Qwen application to provide users with consultation, service recommendations, and business processing; users can invoke corresponding intelligent agents by using "@" to mention relevant services or through page entry points.
The first batch of partners spans more than ten sectors, including logistics and transportation, real estate and housing, local life services, wealth management, and automotive. In terms of logistics services, in addition to SF Express, companies such as Kuaidi 100 and Shansong have also integrated, so SF Express's precise identity is one of the first batch of logistics service providers, not the only courier company integrated with the Qwen platform.
