en.Wedoany.com Reported - Mining enterprises in Russia's Kemerovo and Sverdlovsk regions are receiving a new generation of ultra-heavy mining dump trucks from BelAZ, with payload capacities ranging from 130 to 240 tons.

In the Kemerovo region, open-pit mines operated by Kuzbassrazrezugol have taken delivery of the 220-ton-class BelAZ-7530G and the 240-ton-class BelAZ-7531. The key advantages of the two new models lie in improved fuel economy, higher productivity, and extended service life of major components. Their electric drive systems can withstand high-load operation, while the engine management system adjusts engine operating conditions to the specific mining and geological conditions of each mine.
Roman Smirnov, Production Director of Kuzbassrazrezugol, noted that the company has partnered with BelAZ for 60 years, and Belarusian equipment has always been a mainstay of its operations. Adding 220-ton and 240-ton-class trucks to the fleet is a continuation of the company's long-term modernization program aimed at enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and economic performance of open-pit mining.
Meanwhile, a large-scale renewal of mining equipment fleets is underway in the south of the Kemerovo region, with 15 BelAZ-7513D mining dump trucks of the 130-ton class shipped to the area. Nine of them have already entered service on overburden haulage and coal extraction process lines, while the remaining six are still being assembled. This model has established a recognized benchmark for reliability and productivity in its class.
To suit the harsh operating conditions of the Siberian climate, the BelAZ-7513D cab is equipped with a modern climate system combining air conditioning, heating, and air filtration, along with thermal and acoustic insulation. The operator station meets the international safety standards ROPS and FOPS. This model is also among the first to receive the "Product of the Union State" designation, with a technical self-sufficiency level exceeding 50% thanks to close production cooperation between Belarusian and Russian enterprises.
BelAZ's supply footprint in Russia is not limited to Kuzbass. In the Sverdlovsk region, eight 130-ton-class dump trucks have arrived, including both the BelAZ-7513T and BelAZ-7513D variants.
The BelAZ-7513T is an improved version with superior traction and dynamic characteristics and a longer service life for major components. The vehicle is equipped with a new traction generator and modern AC-AC electric drive motors, with the electromechanical drive control cabinet manufactured in-house.
BelAZ maintains long-standing mutually beneficial cooperation with Russian mining enterprises, and Belarusian mining equipment is regarded as a reliable foundation for ensuring stable operations for miners and achieving high extraction performance targets.
