US EVO Power Partners with Ranial to Provide Battery Energy Storage and Energy Management Services
en.Wedoany.com Reported - Energy storage company EVO Power USA and energy management system provider Ranial Systems have announced a partnership to deliver combined solutions to commercial and industrial customers across the United States. The collaboration integrates EVO's packaged battery energy storage systems with Ranial's AI-driven operations software to optimize renewable energy generation and consumption, participate in grid programs, alleviate grid stress, and ultimately reduce customer energy costs while creating new revenue opportunities.
Yanu Choi, CEO of EVO Power USA, stated that battery energy storage systems should operate as an intelligent energy platform, optimizing renewable energy generation and consumption, actively participating in grid programs, alleviating grid stress, and ultimately lowering energy costs for customers while creating new revenue opportunities. He referred to Ranial as a strategic partner.
One application case of the collaboration is located in New York State. Auto dealer Sunrise Toyota has installed solar photovoltaic systems and new EV charging stations at its two locations in Oakdale and Medford. Contractor Sprocket Power deployed EVO battery systems paired with Ranial software to store energy and release it when needed most. The project, developed and managed by Sprocket Power, is part of a comprehensive commercial energy ecosystem.
EVO reports that the solar-plus-storage system has saved the auto dealer an average of 55% on energy costs. Maria Fields, CEO and co-founder of Sprocket Power, stated that Sprocket Power focuses on the implementation and operation of on-site microgrid systems, which are highly valuable but require significant expertise to execute, and that the integration of EVO battery systems with Ranial controls has been critical to achieving these results.
More than 125 EVO deployments have been completed globally, many of which have been in operation for over five years.
